Shipping Questions

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Where do you ship?
Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We’re focusing on providing the best possible service to our UK customers first.

How long will my order take to arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive within 6–10 business days in total:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit time: 5–7 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, including the carrier (Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS) and tracking number.
You can track your order in real-time using our Track Your Order page.

When will tracking become available?
Tracking information usually becomes available within 1–3 business days after placing your order.


Return and Refund Questions

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it as long as the item is new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please note that personalised or hygiene-related items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Is return shipping free?
Yes! All approved returns include a free downloadable prepaid return label — Verumity covers the cost of return shipping.

Do you charge any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our automated fulfilment process.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
